Colel Chabad Tsfat of the Tzedakah of Rabbi Meir Baal Haness, is a chesed enterprise that operates year ‘round as a mission from the Lubavitcher Rebbe, the leader of our generation. It is a major chesed project active throughout Northern Israel.
